1. Discovery Call & Consultation

Discovery Call:

We begin with a Discovery Call to learn more about your needs, take you through the details of our process, discuss your goals, challenges and timeline. If from their you want to take the next steps we will schedule an on-site Consultation or for small projects a Virtual Consultation (at LLO’s discretion). 

Consultation:

Consultations are $150 and last around 1.5–2 hours. We'll tour the space(s), discuss your goals, put together the basic framework, identify scope of work and give you an estimate per space/phase of your project on the spot. This allows us to develop a customized Action Plan tailored to your needs. Your Consultation includes:

  • An on-site assessment of all the space(s)

  • Professional recommendations and project guidance

  • Customized Action Plan, estimated hours, and next steps

  • Consultation Fee Credit - Sign an agreement and pay a deposit within 30 days of your consultation and your $150 consultation fee will be credited toward your first invoice. To qualify for the credit, your project must include a minimum commitment of five (5) labor hours. There's no need to schedule your first project immediately!

2. Action Plan & Booking

Action Plan Expiration Guidelines

  • Signed Agreement + Paid Deposit: Action Plan remains valid for one (1) year from the date the agreement is signed.

  • No Signed Agreement or Deposit: Action Plan remains valid for three (3) months from the date of the consultation.

  • After Expiration: An updated consultation and new Action Plan may be required to ensure project recommendations, scope, availability, and pricing remain current.

3. Next Steps & Additional Services
