HELPFUL INFORMATION
-
The first step is to contact us for an initial Discovery Call. We'll learn more about your project, discuss your needs, and determine the next steps, including scheduling an in-home or on-site consultation.
-
Because every home, space, and project is unique, we’re unable to provide an accurate project cost without first seeing the space and understanding your specific needs and goals. The size of the space, amount of belongings, level of decluttering or organizing needed, and services requested can all affect the scope of the project.
During your consultation, we’ll assess your space, discuss your goals, and gather the information needed to create a customized Action Plan and project estimate.
-
No! Please don't feel the need to clean up or organize before we see your space. Seeing the space as it currently functions helps us better understand your needs and create the right plan for your project.
-
It depends on the type of project. We generally prefer that clients be present, especially when decisions need to be made about belongings or how a space will function. However, we understand that every situation is different and are happy to discuss your specific needs to determine how we can best support you. We have also successfully worked with clients who were out of state or unable to be present for portions of the project.

Yes. All projects require a minimum of four hours per crew member, per project day.
-
We primarily offer services Monday through Friday, typically between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM, with some project days able to begin as early as 8:30 AM. Our longest scheduled project day is 8 hours.
We do not offer services on Sundays. Saturday appointments may be available on a case-by-case basis, depending on the project and our schedule.
-
We can work with what you already have whenever possible. If additional products would improve the functionality of your space, we can recommend and purchase organizing products based on your needs, style, and budget.
-
No. You do not have to commit to completing every space at once. During your consultation, we can discuss your overall goals and help you determine which areas are the highest priority. You can choose to focus on one space, several spaces, or create a plan to complete your project in phases over time.
